Introduction

Welcome to MABS Recruitment. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the recruitment and staffing services we provide to clients and candidates in the United Kingdom.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, registering interest in a role, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Our registered office is Avicenna House, Suite 706, Seventh Floor, 258-262 Romford Road, Forest Gate, Greater London, E7 9HZ, United Kingdom.

Important: These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MABS Recruitment. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

We provide specialist recruitment and staffing services, including permanent, temporary, and contract placements, across sectors such as:

  • Healthcare & Clinical Care
  • IT & Engineering Technology
  • Construction & Trades Frameworks
  • Hospitality, Dining & Chefs
  • Certified Domestic Childcare
  • Charity, NGO & Coordinators

Specific fees, rebate periods, guarantees, and service levels will be set out in a separate written agreement or Letter of Engagement where applicable.

Client Obligations

Where you engage us as a hiring organisation, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate job descriptions, rates, and hiring requirements.
  2. Conduct your own interviews, assessments, and right-to-work checks as required by law.
  3. Notify us promptly if a candidate is hired, withdrawn, or rejected.
  4. Not solicit or employ introduced candidates outside agreed terms without our prior written consent.
  5. Comply with all applicable employment, equality, and health and safety legislation.

Candidate Obligations

Where you register with us as a job seeker, you agree to:

  1. Provide truthful and complete information about your qualifications, experience, and right to work.
  2. Attend interviews and assignments arranged with reasonable notice, or inform us promptly if you cannot attend.
  3. Notify us of any changes to your availability, contact details, or employment status.
  4. Not misrepresent your identity, credentials, or eligibility for regulated roles.

Fees & Payment

Client fees are agreed in writing before work commences. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We may suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed terms, following reasonable notice.

Confidentiality

We treat client, candidate, and business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where necessary to deliver our services, where you consent, or where we are required by law or regulation.

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of our engagement.

Limitation of Liability

We use reasonable skill and care in providing recruitment services but do not guarantee that any placement will be successful or that a candidate will meet every expectation. Hiring decisions remain your responsibility.

Our total liability arising from or connected with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings.

You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or using the site for unlawful purposes. Content on this website is owned by or licensed to MABS Recruitment and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
