Recruitment Consultant
MABS Recruitment is seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement, within one of our specialist sectors (Healthcare, IT, Construction, Hospitality, Childcare, or Charity/NGO).
Role summary
- Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates within a specialist sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
- Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
Required skills
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (preferably 3+ years).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience, with an attractive commission structure.
